We live in a state of grace every day, if only we will pay attention and look for it! We too model grace in action, by the way we live our lives and in our thoughts, words, and deeds. We are a bodies of grace living in the greater Body of Grace.

Breath sustains life. It brings us to a place of peace and relaxation. It holds our tongue when we must wait to speak. It is also a span of time, the doorway between this life and the next, and it can contain a universe of thoughts and memories.
