The negative and positive Shadows in us point our way to the path of unconditional love. As we recognize our projections and embrace all that is good about us, we find it easier and more natural to extend our generosity and compassion to ourselves and others.

Our beautiful human minds love to organize, categorize and prioritize our feelings and experiences - even the heartfelt spiritual ones. Sometimes the art of simple observation is all we need for our emotional evolution.

Anyone identify with these lovely feelings? The only way past these all-too-human conditions is through them---but we’re not alone. Spirit provides illumination and comfort along the way.
