Much of our spiritual growth is about identifying that which is unhealed or unresolved in us.  Grace is the great healer that helps us through our "blocks" in consciousness and lifts us to a higher understanding and freedom.  Also, come learn the "Christ Prayer" (it might not be what you think!), an easy method for remembering how healing works.

The Gift of Grace

The question of Grace is one that is frequently asked in classes and spiritual counseling.  In this first week of exploring Grace, we will define it, see how it works in our lives according to spiritual law, and begin to accept it through prayer and the reshaping of our thoughts.  Grace is a gift!  You will find the lessons this month uplifting and hopeful.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

You know how good it feels to come together on Sunday to "play" with your spiritual community.  Do you ever feel like you lose that sense of joy and balance as the week progresses?  There are a few simple things we can do to prolong the ease and depth of Sunday mornings and carry it through our days.

Groovin' on a Sunday Afternoon

Summer comes in fast and hot here in Central Texas.  Let's adapt ourselves to the conditions by slowing down for some reflection, taking life a little easier, and focusing on the simple pleasures of mindful living.  Wear you best comfy groovin' clothes - sundresses, Hawaiian shirts, summer hats (may have to be removed for your neighbor behind you!), and flip-flops.  Some might call it Casual Sunday, but lets call it Groovin' Sunday!

Home Again

As we settle into our Divine Purpose and begin to "wear" it comfortably and with confidence, the sanctuary of our heart becomes our resting place.  It is here that we prepare ourselves for each day and for the next chapter in our unfolding!

Divine Triumphs

Sometimes spiritual headway comes to us effortlessly; sometimes we work deeply and diligently to overcome our previous conditioning to experience spiritual bliss.  It's important to acknowledge and appreciate our small and larger triumphs, as gratitude is essential to the journey.

The Sacred Warrior

As we continue to seek ways to express our purpose in life, we find that we have an inner strength that was previously unknown to us.  The Sacred Warrior is not fighting AGAINST something; the Warrior in us is actively advocating for our highest expression.
