This weeks Special Guest is Rev. Melinda Wood Allen:
We all have received gifts from our fathers — our earthly ones, our heavenly one, and the father within. Even painful memories of the imperfect fathers of our childhoods carry hidden gifts for us, if we are willing to forgive and reframe. Charles Fillmore, Unity’s co-founder, spoke of the Father “both immanent and transcendent, and Jesus referred to “Our Father who art in heaven” as well as “the father within.”
