Finding joy of life doesn't mean that we will not have hardship, as we discover more joy, we can face suffering in a way that in no bulls rather than in bitters. This is adapted from Archbishop Tutu and Dalai XIV, the book of Joy. In James 1:2 supports this as we read: My brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy. This Sunday we'll look into finding establishing joy in the midst of this world.

A Course in Miracles describes the “holy instant” as an "interval in time" where we completely open ourselves to the presence of the Holy Spirit, becoming receptive to the awareness of love's presence. In this “holy instant,” peace, love and transformative miracles become possible in our lives. The purpose of ACIM is to help us “remove the blocks to the awareness of love’s presence”. The “holy instant” is where we experience the accomplishment of that purpose. Is there a teachable strategy to experiencing the “holy instant”? A secret we can employ to practice? The answer is yes. But, the secret strategy may surprise you.
