Most of us are living in our heads, planning, rehearsing, and going over dialogue.  It is a spiritual practice to make room in your mind for a spacious quiet time.  With that Inner Space comes the presence of God. The presence of Spirit. The presence of Peace.

Our blockages can be our greatest source of inspiration and motivation. There are two sides to a door, what we can see, and what lies beyond. Let us always be inspired to nurture our curiosity, in turn expanding our experience, ourselves and the world

The spirit of Christmas time is to love one another. This time of year, we seem to be more inclined to love and forgive others. You can hold that sentiment in your heart all year long if you simply turn your attention to the mythical baby born in pure love. Yes, there is that baby innocence still within you, and you can nurture that innocence and love rather than turning cold and cynical when life hands you something hard. God's love never wanes; you can bask in the glow of God's love as you turn within and invite Her into your life.
